My advice to young women entering this industry is to pursue a career that not only brings you satisfaction but also challenges you to reach your full potential.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is managing the daily stresses that come with the job, but the greatest opportunity lies in believing in yourself and knowing that you are fully capable of succeeding.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are giving 110% in both my work and personal life and making time to do what I love—like reading and traveling—so I can show up as my best self and stay successful.
